We advise and represent in commercial disputes, including cross-border disputes, assisting in avoiding conflicts whenever possible. Resolving disputes before courts, and in arbitration proceedings, we defend your interests.

We represent clients in German courts, including higher regional courts. We also represent clients in courts in Poland, and in other EU countries, usually in cooperation with local contract lawyers.
